Frequently asked questions

Clear answers before you choose a system.

Compare the starting points, understand what TQP configures, and see where your team remains in control.

These answers cover Smart Websites, Business Software, AI Business OS, AI Answering, custom systems, pricing, usage, support, security, and results. The written proposal remains the source of truth for an individual engagement.

Section 01

Choosing a starting point

What does The Quiet Protocol build?

The Quiet Protocol builds business systems, automation, and practical AI for service businesses. The six families are Website Systems, Intake Systems, AI Answering & Agents, Follow-Up & Automation, Business Software & AI Business OS, and Custom Business Systems.

Which product should we start with?

Start with the part of the customer journey creating the most friction. Website Systems build trust and guided intake. Business Software and AI Business OS connect everyday work. AI Answering and Agents handle one defined conversational or business job. Follow-Up & Automation keeps one recurring process moving. Custom Business Systems combine deeper strategy, content, logic, integrations, and continuing support around a complete journey.

Do we need to replace our existing website?

Not automatically. If the current site explains the business clearly, earns trust, supports the right intake path, and can connect to the required system, it may remain. If it obscures the offer, weakens credibility, or makes good prospects work too hard, rebuilding it may be the more useful investment.

Is TQP only for owner-led businesses?

No. TQP is especially useful when senior people still carry too much intake, explanation, routing, or follow-up, but the system can support a larger team as well. The better question is whether customer demand depends on a process that is currently slow, fragmented, or too manual.

Is the Revenue Leak Diagnostic a promise of recovered revenue?

No. It is a planning model. It uses the operating numbers you provide to estimate the possible cost of missed response, booking friction, weak follow-up, or dormant demand. It helps identify what deserves investigation. It does not guarantee that a particular amount will be recovered.

Section 02

Websites and machine credibility

How is a TQP website different from a low-cost website?

A low-cost build can put pages online. A TQP build begins with the business story, the buyer's questions, the proof required to trust the firm, and the action each page should make easier. It is designed as part of a connected customer journey, with the structure, content, intake paths, and platform connection needed to do more than look presentable.

What is included in the Smart Website System?

Smart Website System is built for a focused service business that needs a credible front door and one clear primary path. The dedicated Smart Website page explains its current public starting context. The written scope confirms the pages, copy, design, content migration, intake, platform connection, and launch work included.

When should we choose a Conversion Website?

Choose a deeper website scope when the business has several services, buyer questions, proof requirements, or intake paths. The recommendation may add positioning, conversion copy, visual direction, migration work, and a more deliberate route from interest to a qualified conversation. The proposal defines the exact scope rather than asking a buyer to select a tier.

What makes Authority Website the flagship build?

An authority-led website scope fits a business whose expertise, reputation, and market leadership influence the sale. It can support deeper original content, stronger proof architecture, more complete service paths, and search and AI readiness. Content depth, migration, integrations, approvals, and continuing responsibility are confirmed during review.

Do SEO, AEO, and GEO guarantee rankings or AI recommendations?

No. TQP builds the conditions that make a business easier for people, search engines, and AI systems to understand and verify. That includes clear facts, useful answers, structured content, proof, technical quality, and consistent public signals. No responsible provider can guarantee a ranking or recommendation controlled by another platform.

Section 03

Business Software and AI Business OS

What is Business Software?

Business Software is the bounded operating layer available with a TQP website. It connects website hosting and care, an inbox, useful booking calendars and reminders, customer and opportunity records, forms, review requests, and support for the agreed foundation. The dedicated Platform page owns its current public eligibility and commercial terms.

What is AI Business OS?

AI Business OS provides broader software, standard automation, and AI-assisted tools for the team across connected intake, booking, follow-up, content, websites, reputation, and reporting. It can be launched as a bounded standalone product. Customer-facing AI agents remain separately scoped, and the written scope separates what TQP configures from tools the team may use independently. The dedicated Platform page owns the current public terms.

Does software access mean TQP will build anything we request?

No. Platform access and configured work are different. TQP sets up the agreed pipeline, calendars, forms, reminders, and standard automations in the written scope. New strategy, positioning, copy, pages, campaigns, integrations, or business-specific workflows are quoted separately so expectations remain clear.

Can we use the wider platform ourselves?

Yes. Your account may include tools beyond the items TQP configures. Your team can use those available capabilities, create additional assets, and operate the software directly. TQP support covers the products, settings, and workflows named in the written scope.

Are phone, text, email, and AI usage included in the subscription?

No. Phone, messaging, A2P registration, carrier, email, and metered AI usage charges remain separate from the subscription and are customer-paid. Keeping usage charges visible avoids hiding variable operating costs inside a fixed plan.

Section 04

AI and custom systems

What can an AI Receptionist do?

An AI Receptionist can answer calls, gather useful context, ask approved questions, book or route the next step, and create a record for the team. The exact behavior depends on the business rules, calendar, escalation paths, data, and written scope. It is a separately scoped installed product. AI Business OS includes AI-assisted tools for the team, but customer-facing AI agents are separately scoped.

How are the three AI Agent products different?

AI Receptionist handles inbound calls. Conversational AI continues approved written conversations across web chat and supported messaging. Custom AI Agent handles one business-specific job using approved knowledge, tools, actions, permissions, exceptions, and human approval. The scope follows the job rather than an arbitrary feature list.

What is an Automation System?

It is one recurring process TQP installs and operates within a written boundary. Examples include Review Growth, estimate follow-up, customer reactivation, no-show recovery, referrals, and direct-mail follow-up. Platform access alone does not include TQP-operated campaigns, monitoring, exception repair, or continuing improvement.

What is a Custom Business System?

It is a complete business-specific customer journey that TQP designs, configures, tests, and supports. It may combine strategy, positioning, content, an AI Agent, automation, routing, campaigns, integrations, exception handling, reporting, and multi-location logic. It is scoped after review because journeys, teams, locations, permissions, migration, risk, support, and continuing responsibility change the work materially.

Can the system make medical, legal, tax, or investment decisions?

No. It can collect information, provide approved administrative answers, and route a person to the right human or next step. Licensed judgment, professional advice, eligibility decisions, and other regulated determinations stay with the qualified people in your organization.

Can urgent calls reach a human?

Yes, when escalation is part of the written scope. TQP can configure approved urgency criteria, on-call routing, notifications, and fallback steps. The business defines what is urgent, who should receive it, and what the system must never decide by itself.

Can TQP connect to our existing software?

Often, but integration depth varies. Some systems can connect through supported native tools or approved interfaces. Others require custom work or cannot safely support the desired journey. TQP confirms feasibility, access, data movement, and responsibility before an integration enters the written scope.

Section 05

Setup, support, and responsibility

How long does implementation take?

The timeline depends on the approved scope, access, content, rules, integrations, and how quickly decisions are made. A focused platform launch or call path may move faster than a new authority website or a multi-step custom system. The proposal sets the working timeline and customer inputs before work begins.

What does TQP support after launch?

TQP supports the products, settings, and workflows named in the agreement. That may include website care, platform configuration, an AI Receptionist, or a custom journey. New campaigns, pages, strategy, integrations, or automation are additions and are discussed and priced before work begins.

Who owns the customer relationship and business decisions?

You do. TQP configures and supports the agreed system, but the customer relationship and business decisions stay with your team. You approve the business rules, content, escalation logic, professional boundaries, and material changes before they go live.

How are privacy, security, and regulated requirements handled?

They are reviewed against the actual use case, data, systems, jurisdiction, and customer obligations. Regulated requirements are confirmed in the written scope before implementation. TQP does not publish a blanket compliance promise for every configuration, and customers should involve their legal, privacy, or compliance advisers where appropriate.

Will callers always be told they are speaking with AI?

Disclosure language is configured for the approved use case and applicable requirements. TQP recommends clear, honest identification rather than designing a system to impersonate a licensed professional or conceal its role.

Section 06

Investment and results

What currency are TQP prices shown in?

All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and separately metered phone, messaging, carrier, email, or AI usage are shown or confirmed before purchase.

Why are setup and monthly fees separate?

Setup pays for the work required to understand the journey, configure the agreed system, connect it, test it, and prepare it for launch. The monthly fee covers the platform or continuing system support. Separating the two makes the initial work and the ongoing responsibility easier to understand.

Does TQP guarantee a particular result?

No. TQP does not guarantee a particular result. It can improve the structure, speed, consistency, and visibility of the agreed customer journey. Revenue still depends on demand, market conditions, pricing, fit, staff behavior, sales ability, data quality, and follow-through. The proof library shows genuine client installations and measured outcomes with results-vary disclosures.

How should we evaluate the investment?

Compare the cost with the problem being solved. For a website, consider credibility, qualification, staff explanation time, and the value of a clearer intake path. For an AI or custom system, consider missed response, senior time, follow-up consistency, customer value, and the cost of the current manual process. Use your records rather than a generic industry promise.

Can we start smaller and upgrade later?

Yes, when the smaller starting point can solve a complete and useful problem. TQP will not recommend a larger product only because it exists. It will also say when an entry plan would leave the important part of the customer journey unresolved.

See it in your context

The same system should speak the language of the business.

Industry pages show how the customer journey changes when urgency, professional trust, consultation quality, recurring service, or high-value intake shapes the decision.

Need an answer about your exact situation?
