SMS Messaging, Consent and Privacy
The Quiet Protocol, operated by Inzyor Inc., collects mobile phone numbers, messaging preferences, SMS opt-in information, and consent and opt-out records to deliver the messages you authorize, respond to requests, and maintain records of your choices.
Entering a phone number or visiting our website does not itself constitute consent to receive promotional SMS. Marketing and non-marketing SMS permissions are collected through separate, optional consent checkboxes that are unchecked by default on our forms and booking pages. You choose whether to select either checkbox. Consenting to one category does not enroll you in the other, and consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.
If you expressly opt in to marketing SMS, we may send promotional messages about business systems, website services, automation solutions, and offers. If you consent to non-marketing SMS, we may send appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling changes, and service notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and consent records are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information is shared only with service providers as necessary to deliver the messaging services or as otherwise required by law.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out, after which we will not send further SMS unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance or email hello@thequietprotocol.com. You must be at least 18 to enroll in the SMS program. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We protect messaging information using the safeguards described under Data Security. We retain consent and opt-out records only as long as reasonably necessary to deliver messaging, honor your preferences, demonstrate consent, and meet legal obligations. The Data Retention and Your Rights and Choices sections also apply. For the SMS Messaging Program Terms, visit https://www.thequietprotocol.com/terms

- Website URLs you ask the tool to scan
