Complaint. Cause. Correction.
You write every job this way. Here is your marketing, written up the same way: what you notice, what is actually causing it, and what fixes it.
- 01
ComplaintThe phone rings while everyone is under a car.
CauseNobody is free to answer, and many callers won't leave a voicemail. They call the next shop.
CorrectionEvery call answered. The car, the problem and a callback number, booked or passed to your advisor.
- 02
ComplaintNew customers can't find us on Google Maps.
CauseThe Google profile is thin: missing services, old hours, few photos, unanswered reviews.
CorrectionA complete, active profile and listings, kept right every month, so you show up for the repairs you want.
- 03
ComplaintOur website doesn't bring in work.
CauseIt's slow on a phone, lists nothing specific, and hides the phone number.
CorrectionA clean site with your services, hours, reviews and a request-a-time form that asks for the car.
- 04
ComplaintI want more of the bigger jobs, not just oil changes.
CauseThe site and the phone treat every job the same, so the bigger work never gets a page of its own.
CorrectionA page and form built around the work you want more of, so those customers arrive ready to book.
- 05
ComplaintBooking a time takes too many calls.
CauseCustomers can only book when you are open and free to talk.
CorrectionOnline booking on your site that asks for the car and the problem up front.
- 06
ComplaintGreat work, too few reviews.
CauseHappy customers are never asked at the right moment.
CorrectionA review request goes out at pickup, and every review gets a reply in your voice.

Answer the phone like your best service advisor.
The first call decides who gets the job. Your best advisor gets the same seven things on every call. Write them down and make them the standard.
When nobody can pick up, our AI receptionist asks these same questions, books the visit or passes it to your advisor, and texts you a summary.
- Their name and the best number to call back
- Year, make and model of the car
- What is happening, in their words
- When it started and when it happens
- Any warning lights on the dash
- Is the car drivable, or does it need a tow?
- When they can drop it off

Your Google profile checklist.
Most drivers pick a shop from the three on the map. Google chooses those three by how relevant, how close and how well known each shop is. Relevance and reputation are the parts you control.
Local Ranking Accelerator keeps your profile and listings right every month, from $99/month. Run the free check to see where you stand.
- Primary category set to Auto repair shop, with extra categories only for work you really do
- Every service listed: brakes, oil changes, diagnostics, AC, tires, whatever you want more of
- Hours that are right, including holiday hours
- Real photos: the front of the shop, the bays, the team, finished work
- Your phone number and website link, checked and working
- A booking or request link, so people can act without calling
- A reply to every review, good or bad, within a few days
- A short post every month: a seasonal check, a special, a tip
- Common questions answered in your own words
- The same name, address and phone everywhere else you are listed

Auto repair website design, built around the work you want.
The Quiet Protocol writes, designs and maintains websites for independent repair shops. We make your repairs, warranty, location and appointment request easy to find, so a driver can choose your shop from a phone.
The site we build for your shop
- Your services, each in plain words, with what the visit looks like
- Hours, address, a map and a phone number you can tap to call
- A request-a-time form that asks for year, make and model
- Real reviews, and your warranty in one clear sentence
- Photos of your actual shop and team
- Fast loading on a phone, because that is where people find you
The appointment request behind it
For a connected website, we collect the vehicle, requested service, preferred timing and callback details. Your advisor reviews the request before promising a bay, diagnosis or completion time.
Keep your shop-management system. We scope a direct connection only after checking its access and booking rules. Before launch, we test a new service request and an existing customer’s message through to your advisor.
The Essential Website covers your service pages and a basic contact form, with free agency design and build for up to 10 pages. Hosting, SSL and care are $99 USD a month. For online booking and customer records behind it, a Smart Website is from $2,395 setup + $197/month.

More five-star reviews, the honest way.
Ask every customer, at pickup, with a text that takes ten seconds. Reply to every review. Never offer a discount or reward for one; it breaks the platform rules and the customer's trust.
Our review growth service sends the request at the right moment and drafts replies in your voice for you to approve.
Google review automation for auto repair shops.
The Quiet Protocol sets up the request, timing and reply process around the finished repair. Use the repair-order completion event where your shop software supports it, or an agreed staff action at pickup. Your advisor keeps the shop system they already use.
Before switching it on, test a completed job, a repeat visit and a customer who has opted out. Confirm who was eligible, whether an invitation was sent and which replies need the owner. Apply the same rule to customers without filtering for a positive rating.
Managed review growth: From $995 setup + $297/month. Prices are in USD; messaging usage and shop-software connections are identified in the scope. Set up a review process for your shop.
Thanks, [Name]. Glad the brakes feel right again. See you at the next oil change.
[Name], I'm sorry the visit went this way. I'd like to make it right. Please call me directly at [number] and ask for [owner name].
Questions shop owners ask us.
Straight answers. If yours is not here, ask us on a call.
Can TQP handle local SEO for an auto repair shop without replacing its website?
Yes. Start with a free visibility check of the shop you already run. TQP’s Local Ranking Accelerator manages business listings and consistent information for one location from $99 USD a month. Website content, a service-page build and review automation are separate jobs when needed. We distinguish listings maintenance from a broader SEO project and judge the work by useful customer actions, such as calls and repair enquiries, rather than promising a map position.
How do review requests avoid repeat messages or going out before the repair is finished?
We agree one completion rule, such as a closed repair order or a staff-confirmed vehicle pickup, and a repeat-contact limit. A completed job should not generate a fresh invitation every time someone edits the record. The same eligibility rule applies regardless of expected rating, with no reward for reviewing. TQP tests a completed job, an unfinished job and a repeat customer before launch. If your shop software cannot reliably provide the completion signal, your advisor can trigger the request through the agreed process.
Who can set up Google review automation for an independent auto repair shop?
The Quiet Protocol builds a managed review-request process around completed work at your shop. We agree the completion signal or staff action, message, contact permissions, repeat-invitation rules and reply approval. Keep your shop-management software; an automatic connection is checked before it is included. Review growth starts at $995 setup + $297/month, in USD, with applicable usage and integration scope identified before purchase. You are buying setup and continuing care, not a promise of a review count or star rating.
How much does it cost to get started?
Your first consultation is free. After that you can start small: an AI voice agent from $449 a month with free setup and no contract, Local Ranking Accelerator from $99 a month, or an Essential Website we design and build free, then $99 a month for hosting, SSL and care. Larger projects are scoped with you on the call, and we tell you the cost before you commit. Prices are in US dollars.
What does an auto repair shop need?
Most shops need six things: every call answered, a website that gets the call, a page for the work you want more of, a strong Google profile, more five-star reviews and one place for every booking request. Most start with one or two. We suggest what fits on the free consultation.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. You tell us how customers reach you today, we tell you what would help most and what it costs, and there is no obligation. You talk to the people who build the work, led by our founder.
I just need a good website. Can I get only that?
Yes. The Essential Website includes free agency design, writing and build for up to 10 pages, with your repairs, hours, location and a contact form. $99 USD a month covers hosting, SSL and care, including one routine update batch per quarter for up to 2 existing pages, approximately 30 minutes of work. Use it for supplied service descriptions, hours or shop photos; unused batches do not roll over. A request form does not reserve a bay. Connected appointment booking, shop-software integration and extra pages are scoped separately, and you can keep your existing shop system.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No long contracts for the website or Local Ranking Accelerator; they run month to month, and Local Ranking Accelerator has a cheaper yearly option. The AI voice agents are month to month too, with no contract and free setup. Larger projects are agreed in writing before any work starts.
How do I get my shop to show up higher on Google Maps?
Google looks at how relevant your profile is to the search, how close you are, and how well known your shop is. You control the first and the last: a complete profile with every service, real photos, current hours, fresh reviews with replies, and the same details everywhere you are listed. There is no paid shortcut for the map results.
Will the AI receptionist sound like a robot to my customers?
It speaks naturally, answers the questions you approve, takes down the car and the problem, and books the visit or passes the call to your advisor. You can call it yourself and hear it before you decide.
Does it diagnose cars or quote repairs?
No. It never diagnoses a car or gives a repair price. It collects the details and hands them to your team. Your advisors and technicians decide the work and the price, like they do today.
How should I ask customers for reviews?
Ask after completed work using the same agreed rule for every eligible customer. Send a short message with a direct review link and respect their contact preferences. Ask everyone, not just the customers you expect to be happy, and never offer a discount or reward for a review.
Will it work with my shop software?
We work around the tools you already use and connect them where it makes sense. On the consultation we will tell you plainly what connects and what does not.
Should I put prices on my website?
Put the ones you can stand behind: an oil change, a tire changeover, a starting range for brakes with a sentence about what moves it. Leave out anything that needs the car in front of a technician. A price you can keep builds trust. A price you have to walk back costs you the customer.
Do you work with shops in my city?
We work with auto repair shops across the United States and Canada. We are based in Toronto and set everything up remotely, so there is no office visit needed.
