Best financial advisor marketing & 24/7 new-client intakeThe referral called. You were with a client.

The best financial advisor marketing only pays off when somebody answers the introduction. A CPA sends a name, the prospect looks you up, then calls between your meetings. Our AI intake line answers, reads your fit sheet and books the discovery meeting while she is still comparing advisors.

Start small: an AI intake line from $449 a month, Local Ranking Accelerator from $99 a month, or a website we design and build free, then $99 a month for hosting and care.Your first consultation is free. We will tell you what would help most.

What a financial advisory firm needs

Five things that bring in the right clients. Pick what you need.

You're with clients most of the day. These are the things advisors ask us for most, in plain words. Most start with one or two, and every one works on its own.

  1. “A referral calls while I'm in a client meeting, and it goes to voicemail.”

    Every call answered

An AI intake line answers every call, asks who introduced them and why they called, and books a discovery meeting.

  2. “My website doesn't make the first impression I want.”

    A website that earns trust

A clear site that says who you serve and how you work, with a form to request a first conversation. We design and build it free. Connected scheduling is scoped separately.

  3. “I want more clients like my best ones.”

A page for the clients you want

A page and form built for the kind of client you want more of, so the right people reach you ready to talk.

  4. “People nearby don't find me when they search for a financial advisor.”

    Found on Google

Your profile and listings set up right, so people nearby find you when they search for a financial advisor.

    • Local Ranking Accelerator$99/month, or $82.50/month billed yearly
  5. “Introductions and inquiries arrive every way, and some get lost.”

    One place for every inquiry

Calls, forms and introductions land in one inbox, and prospects can book their own discovery meeting.

A referral gets her to your door. Then she checks you out.

Your best clients arrive on an introduction. A CPA, an attorney or a friend hands over your name, and there is no stronger way to start.

It is not a booking yet. In a July 2025 survey of 500 households earning $100,000 or more, nearly everyone said they would still look an advisor up after a warm recommendation. The bars show what they said they do.

So by the time Dana dials, she has read your site, seen how you charge and made up her mind about your firm. The call is the first time she hears you. It also lands at 12:14, with you in a meeting.

Your line picks those calls up at any hour, from $449 a month with free setup (normally $1,495).

Signature System

The Signature System for advisory firms

Your website, Google listings, call answering and discovery booking, put together for your firm and looked after by our team. Not sure what you need? We scope the right mix with you on a free call and tell you exactly what it costs.

Keep your associate for your clients. Let the line cover what your associate can't reach.

A referral should reach you with enough context for a useful first conversation. Compare who gathers that context, what gets booked and who follows up. Your associate keeps the relationship; TQP builds and manages the intake around it.

We configure your approved questions, booking in the included calendar or through your booking link, and team notifications. Your authorized recipient gets the text summary and an email with the summary and transcript; call recording is included. Agree the receiving people and access with your firm before launch.

Native speech-to-speech voice AI

The website she reads before she calls. What to keep and what to cut.

72% of those households said they would visit the advisor's website. 64% wanted your specialties and 62% wanted your fees before they got in touch. If the site answers both in a minute, the call that follows can be about booking a time. The SEC also expects registered advisers with a public website to post Form CRS where retail investors can easily reach it.

Keep

  • Who you work with, in a sentence a stranger could repeat.
  • How you charge, on the page and not behind a phone call.
  • A name and a face for every advisor, with credentials spelled out.
  • Your Form CRS, easy to find. Registered advisers with a public website have to post it where retail investors can reach it.
  • One way to start: a number that gets answered and a booking link.

Cut

  • Market commentary from 2021.
  • Stock photos of couples on beaches.
  • Twelve services in a list with no word on who they are for.
  • A contact form that lands in an inbox nobody reads on weekends.
  • Anything that reads like a promise about returns.

Turn that introduction into a prepared first meeting.

TQP builds financial advisor websites around the households you serve, your approved fee explanation and a clear discovery invitation. Keep the existing-client login separate, so someone checking a statement does not enter your new-client enquiry flow.

  1. Approve the public story. Supply your service descriptions, team details, required disclosures and the person who reviews changes. We prepare the pages for your approval; your firm controls what may be published.
  2. Ask only what the first meeting needs. A name, contact preference, broad reason for the meeting and how they found you can prepare the conversation. Account statements and detailed financial records stay in your approved secure process.
  3. Give the next step an owner. A basic enquiry reaches your nominated inbox. If you want booking, we agree on the calendar, meeting type, preparation note and reminders, then test the journey with your team.

The Essential Website includes up to 10 pages, a contact form and free design and build, with $99 USD a month for hosting, SSL and care. Connected intake and booking are a Smart Website, from $2,395 setup + $197/month. A direct connection to your advisory software is confirmed separately.

Bring your existing website, booking or portal link and approval requirements. Let us map your referral-to-meeting journey.

How it works.

  1. A free consultation

Tell us how prospects reach you today. We tell you what would help most and what it costs.

  2. We set it up

Your firm approves the fee and fit wording, discovery types, referral questions and existing-client contact. TQP configures them, then tests a new introduction, a requested meeting and a client-service call with your associate. You check the record and calendar before launch.

  3. You're live

Calls get answered, your website brings in inquiries and discovery meetings get booked. You keep advising clients.

Questions advisors ask us.

Straight answers. If yours isn't here, ask us on a call.

How much does it cost to get started?

Your first consultation is free. After that you can start small: an AI intake line from $449 a month with free setup (normally $1,495) and no contract, Local Ranking Accelerator from $99 a month, or an Essential Website we design and build free, then $99 a month for hosting and care. Larger projects are scoped with you on the call, and we tell you the cost before you commit. Prices are in US dollars.

What does a financial advisor need?

Most advisors need five things: every prospect call answered, a website that makes a fair first impression, a page for the clients you want to serve, a strong Google profile and one place for every inquiry and introduction. Most start with one or two. We suggest what fits on the free consultation.

Is the consultation really free?

Yes. You tell us how prospects and introductions reach you today, we tell you what would help most and what it costs, and there is no obligation. You talk to the people who build the work, led by our founder.

Does the AI give financial advice?

No. It never gives advice, never talks about markets and never recommends anything. It answers, writes down who called and why, and books a discovery meeting with you.

Will callers know they are talking to an AI?

Yes. The greeting says so in the first sentence, in words you and your compliance person approve. A caller can ask for a person at any time.

Does it ever take account numbers, Social Security numbers or passwords?

No. It never asks for them. Anything sensitive goes through your own secure channels.

Do I have to run this past compliance?

You should, and we make it easy. Every line the phone says is written down for your compliance person to read and approve before a caller hears it.

I'm a solo advisor. Is this too big?

No. A solo advisor loses the most from a missed call, because the one person who can answer is in a meeting. Most solo advisors start with the intake line or an Essential Website.

Do you work in the US and Canada?

Yes. We work with advisors in both countries, and the rules differ by state, province and registration, so your own compliance stays your call.

Does it connect to my CRM and calendar?

We can look at it with you. Connecting to the CRM and calendar you already use depends on the tools, so we scope it on the consultation and tell you what is possible before you pay for anything.

Can you collect client reviews or testimonials for advisors?

We leave that out of this page on purpose. For registered advisers, testimonials and endorsements carry conditions under the SEC's Marketing Rule, and third-party ratings need disclosures. Decide that with your compliance person first. If you choose to go ahead, we'll set it up the way they approve.

SEC guide to the Marketing Rule

Do you manage money, run ads or write market commentary?

No. We answer the phone, book the meeting and keep your site clear. Money, advice and anything said about markets stay with you.

Is there a contract?

The AI intake line has no contract, so you can cancel anytime. The Essential Website and Local Ranking Accelerator are month to month. Larger projects are agreed in writing before work begins.

Let's make sure the next introduction reaches you.

Book a free consultation and tell us how prospects and introductions reach you today. We will show you what we would switch on first and what it costs. You will talk to the people who build it, led by our founder, Vikram Roy.
