The useful answer

Learn what makes a service business credible to buyers, search engines, and AI answer systems.

Authority is the accumulated evidence that a business is real, capable, accountable, and worth choosing. It comes from clear ownership, specific expertise, defensible proof, useful answers, consistent entity facts, and outside corroboration. Publishing more pages cannot substitute for weak or contradictory trust signals.

The business may do excellent work, but a new buyer cannot quickly verify who is responsible, what the company actually installs, or why its claims deserve confidence.
