Best chiropractic marketing: website, booking & call answering“Where does it hurt?” Ask before they call the next clinic.

The best chiropractic marketing works when a person with a sore back finds you, books in a minute and gets a text back before they try the next clinic. We build the website that books, the map and local search, online booking for each kind of visit, one place where every inquiry lands, an instant reply to each one and an AI phone line for lunch, evenings and crash week, as one system for your clinic.

Start small: the AI voice agent plan from $449 a month, Local Ranking Accelerator from $99 a month, or a website we design and build free, then $99 a month for hosting and care.Your first consultation is free. We will tell you what would help most.

What a chiropractic clinic needs

Six things that fill the schedule. Pick what you need.

Your hands are full with patients all day. These are the six things chiropractors ask us for most, in plain words. Most start with one or two, and every one works on its own.

  1. “The phone rings while I'm mid-adjustment, and the patient in pain calls the next clinic.”

    Every call answered

An AI voice agent answers every call, day or night, and books the new-patient visit.

Book a free consultation

The phone rings when your hands are full.

A chiropractic day is short visits, back to back. Your CA checks one person in, takes a payment from the next and walks a third to the table. You are mid-adjustment. That is the minute the person in pain dials.

They are not shopping for a brand. They hurt, and they keep calling until somebody answers.

Your phone answers at 6:52, from $449 a month with free setup (normally $1,495). Book a free consultation.

Signature System

The Signature System for chiropractic clinics

Your website, Google listings, call answering, visit booking and reviews, put together for your clinic and looked after by our team. Not sure what you need? We scope the right mix with you on a free call and tell you exactly what it costs.

Low back · Tuesday, 6:52 AM

Someone can’t stand up straight. The next two minutes pick their chiropractor.

A person in pain wants three things: to say it once, to hear a time and to skip a form on the phone. The line does those in the order they can bear.

  1. Says who it is

“You’ve reached the clinic. I’m its AI assistant. How can I help?” In wording you approve, in the first sentence.

  2. Where does it hurt?

One spot, in the caller’s own words, goes on the enquiry record. It is never translated into a diagnosis.

  3. How did it start?

Woke up with it, lifting, a fall, work, a crash, not sure. A crash moves the call to the crash card in the next chapter.

  4. Zero to ten, how bad is it today?

The number goes on the enquiry record exactly as the caller says it.

  5. Seen us before?

A new patient gets the new-patient exam. A current patient gets the reschedule path.

  6. When could you come in?

It offers only the openings your rule allows, and says the first-visit fee from your card.

  7. Can I text you the forms?

With a yes, your history form goes to their phone. Health history belongs on your forms, so the call never collects it.

Your same-day rule

The caller gives a number. You decide which openings that number can use.

  • 0 to 3Next new-patient openingThe first exam slot you have, this week or next.
  • 4 to 6First opening this weekThe earliest slot in the next few days.
  • 7 to 10Your same-day ruleA same-day slot if you hold one back, otherwise first thing tomorrow, and a text to your CA right now.

You set the rule on your clinic card. The number is the caller’s, the openings are yours, and what is wrong stays with you.

Reception should know which visit they are preparing for.

First visit
Your approved new-patient route, with the person’s contact details and whether an appointment is requested or confirmed. Only the questions your clinic approves belong in the phone intake.
Returning patient
The follow-up booking link or a message to change an existing appointment. Your clinic decides which changes the receptionist can handle.
A question for the practitioner
A clear message for your team. Advice about symptoms, treatment and suitability stays with the clinician.

Both AI receptionist plans include a summary text, an emailed summary and transcript, and call recording. TQP agrees the recording notice, access and record handling with your clinic before launch. We set up approved answers about hours, location and first-visit arrangements so reception can spend less time repeating them.

Keep your existing practice software. A booking link can take patients there; direct appointment or record updates need a separately verified connection. Try a new-patient call and a follow-up request with us, then check exactly what your desk receives.

We set this up for you. Book a call and we start from your week.

Neck · Wednesday, 8:10 PM

The crash was Monday. The neck call comes Wednesday.

Cleveland Clinic says some whiplash symptoms start right after a crash, others take at least 12 hours, and sometimes all of them take a few days to show up. So a person who felt fine at the scene may phone a chiropractor two days later.

In 2023 an estimated 2.44 million people were injured in U.S. traffic crashes, according to NHTSA. A share of them live within reach of your door.

Sources: Cleveland Clinic, whiplash and NHTSA, Overview of Motor Vehicle Traffic Crashes in 2023.

  1. MonThe crashThey swap insurance details, get home and say they feel fine.
  2. TueStiff at breakfastThe neck hurts turning to check the mirror. They tell nobody.
  3. WedHeadacheThey search for a chiropractor after a car accident and ring three clinics at 8:10 PM.Your line answers
  4. ThuInsurance and a friendThey call their insurer. A friend says to see a lawyer.
  5. FriA lawyer’s officeThe firm asks who is treating them, and phones the clinic.
  6. SatWeekendNobody at the front desk. The forms sit in a text.
  7. Next MonFirst visitThe exam they booked on Wednesday night.

The crash card writes down

  • The date of the crash
  • What hurts, in their words
  • Whether anyone has seen them yet (ER, family doctor)
  • Their insurer or the other driver’s, and the claim number if they have it
  • Whether a lawyer is involved: the firm’s name and who to ask for
  • The best number and time, and a yes or no to texts

Your CA opens one page with all of it, before the exam is booked.

On this call it never says

  • Whose fault it was
  • That the claim will pay for care, or that it won’t
  • What the case is worth
  • That the pain came from the crash
  • Anything about liens or letters of protection beyond the one sentence your clinic wrote

When the lawyer’s office calls

The line writes down the firm, the person, the patient’s name and what they need, and passes it to your CA. It releases nothing. Records leave your clinic with the patient’s written authorization, through your team.

In Canada the forms differ by province. The call is the same: the line writes down the insurer and the claim number, and your team handles the rest.

Sunday, 9:30 PM · Monday, 12:10 PM

Three weeks in, nine-thirty at night. They read your site with a thumb.

Before the call comes the search, and the search ends on a small screen. What they see in the first swipe decides whether they dial. We build the site around that swipe, and the map listing that gets them there.

The first swipe

  • A call button that stays on the screen as they scroll
  • A line that says you are taking new patients
  • The first visit in four short lines
  • The first-visit fee, and what you accept
  • The doctors, each with a face and one sentence
  • Hours, and a map pin
  • A booking link that works with a thumb

Cut from the top of the page

  • Promises that care will work. Ontario’s college bars any express or implied guarantee of success.
  • A long history of chiropractic before the phone number
  • A contact form as the only way in
  • A video that plays by itself

Five doors that send patients to the phone

  • Family doctors’ officesThey phone at lunch and ask for the next new-patient opening.
  • Physiotherapists and massage therapistsThey send people who need a second opinion on the back.
  • Gyms and coachesThey text a number they know by heart.
  • Injury lawyers’ officesThey call for openings, and later for records.
  • Patients who feel betterThey give your number to a spouse or a coworker.

Chiropractic website design: make the first visit easy to choose.

The Quiet Protocol is the best fit for a practice that wants its website built around the front desk it already has. We write and design the pages, then connect the agreed booking route around your practitioners, locations and appointment types.

“I have never been here.”

Explain the first visit, the practitioner, the location, the fee and what is included. Link to an initial appointment that the clinic actually offers. If the desk needs to speak first, make that request route clear.

“I need my next appointment.”

Give returning patients a direct route to their existing booking system. Put changing an appointment and contacting reception within reach, without sending them through the new-patient enquiry again.

What we check with your front desk before launch

Follow a first-visit link and a returning-patient link on a phone. Check the location, appointment type, practitioner and confirmation. Test what appears when no suitable time is available, and how a patient asks to change an appointment. A contact-form receipt must not masquerade as a booking confirmation.

Jane’s patient booking guide and Cliniko’s online-booking guide show the platform journeys. We check the route your account supports. A website link or embed does not promise that an AI agent can write directly into that schedule.

Bring your current website and booking link. We will plan the first-visit journey with you. Clinical history stays in your practice’s approved intake process.

Essential includes up to 10 pages, a basic contact form and free agency design and build, with $99 a month for hosting and care. A Smart Website with a guided first-visit and booking path is from $2,395 setup + $197/month. Local Ranking Accelerator is $99 a month. See the Essential Website · See Local Ranking Accelerator

Different reasons to reach you. One inbox.

A person with a sore back may fill in a form at midnight and call at lunch. Your desk needs to see one request, its source and its next step. We set up the agreed call, form and text routes so a new-patient enquiry gets a booking path, while a returning patient or records request reaches the right person.

  1. Searches “chiropractor near me” with a locked-up backYour map listing and site come up, with the new-patient calendar on the page.
  2. Fills in the new-patient form at midnightCaptured with its source. A text and an email go back right away with a link to book.
  3. Calls at lunchThe AI receptionist records the enquiry in the caller’s words and follows your approved first-visit booking path.
  4. Was in a crash two days agoThe enquiry follows your approved crash-intake questions and booking or staff-review path. Your team decides care and claim handling.
  5. An attorney’s office asks for recordsIt goes to the inbox marked as a records request, for your team.

What your team opens in the morning is one list: who reached out, from where, what was said, what was booked and what needs a person.

What the front desk should be able to act on

The Quiet Protocol builds the receiving record around your desk's work. A call transcript is useful; a clear next action is what saves the next phone call. In a setup review, we walk these three requests through your chosen booking and staff-review paths.

New patient asking for the first visit
Caller, callback details, appointment type and the request in their own words. Show whether a time was actually booked, a booking link was sent or staff still needs to confirm. The clinic-approved intake form remains a separate step.
Returning patient changing a visit
Requested change, existing appointment details supplied by the caller and the person responsible. If staff must make the change in your practice software, the message says the request was received. It does not tell the patient the old visit is cancelled.
Attorney or insurer requesting records
Requester, organization, callback details and the request type. Route it to your designated staff member to check identity and authorization. The answering service does not release a chart or send medical records.

Keep your clinical chart in your practice software. For example, Jane sends its configured intake forms on eligible bookings or when staff sends them. A TQP enquiry record does not establish that a Jane appointment or completed clinical intake exists. We confirm the booking-link, staff-entry or separately scoped connection before launch.

Show us your first-visit and returning-patient booking paths. Use test details to check the receiving record, an unconfirmed change and a records request with us before launch. Your desk should be able to find the next action without listening to the whole call.

Who picks up when the CA is mid-check-in?

Your CA knows the practice. Covering the phone should give that person more room to work. Compare a staffed answering service, more desk cover and TQP's managed AI receptionist by what happens to the next enquiry.

How it works.

  1. A free consultation

Tell us how patients reach you today. We tell you what would help most and what it costs.

  2. We set it up

We build, connect and test everything. You see it and approve it before it goes live.

  3. You're live

Calls get answered, your website brings in new-patient requests and your reviews grow. Your team keeps looking after patients.

What chiropractors ask us.

Short answers first. Ask us anything else on a call.

How much does it cost to get started?

Your first consultation is free. After that you can start small: the AI voice agent plan from $449 a month with free setup (normally $1,495) and no contract, Local Ranking Accelerator from $99 a month, or an Essential Website we design and build free, then $99 a month for hosting and care. Larger projects are scoped with you on the call, and we tell you the cost before you commit. Prices are in US dollars.

Is the consultation really free?

Yes. You tell us how patients reach you today, we tell you what would help most and what it costs, and there is no obligation. You talk to the people who build the work, led by our founder.

What does a chiropractic clinic need?

Most practices need six things: every call answered, a website patients book from, a page for the care you want to be known for, a strong Google profile, more five-star reviews and one place for every appointment request. Most start with one or two. We suggest what fits on the free consultation.

Can it tell a caller what is wrong, or how many visits they need?

No. It never diagnoses and never says how many visits someone needs. It books the new-patient visit and your chiropractor takes it from there.

Will callers know it is an AI?

Yes. The greeting says so in your wording. A caller can ask for a person at any time.

What if a caller describes an emergency?

If a caller describes something that sounds like an emergency, it tells them to call 911 and passes a note to your team. It never decides what is or is not serious.

CDC, signs and symptoms of stroke

What about HIPAA and patient privacy?

Patient calls, forms and texts carry health information. Our platform can be set up to support HIPAA, and before launch we write down where recordings, messages and forms are stored, who may open them and which agreements your practice needs, a business associate agreement among them. Compliance stays your practice's responsibility. In Canada the same talk covers federal and provincial privacy law.

HHS, minimum necessary requirement

Does it work with my scheduling software?

For Jane, a website can use the clinic’s booking link or Book Online button. Cliniko provides a hosted booking page and an embeddable booking form. We check your account’s enabled practitioners, locations and appointment types before choosing the route. A booking link or embed is different from an AI agent writing appointments into that system; direct AI booking needs separate access, compatibility and acceptance checks. Your existing clinical records stay in your practice system.

Booking options: Jane’s website button guide and Cliniko’s booking embed guide. The connection is scoped separately from an Essential Website.

Do you replace my CA?

No. Your front desk keeps every conversation that needs a person. The phone line answers, writes down and books, so your team starts the day with a list of what happened.

Do you work in the US and Canada?

Yes. We are a Toronto team working with chiropractic clinics in both countries.

Do I need a new website?

Not always. If your site is dated or does not bring in the right inquiries, an Essential Website is the simplest start: we design and build it free, then $99 a month for hosting and care. The Essential Website already includes up to 10 pages, which can include your main services. Booking, connected intake, larger custom builds and extra pages are scoped separately.

Is there a contract?

The AI voice agents have no contract, so you can cancel anytime. The Essential Website and Local Ranking Accelerator are month to month. Larger projects are agreed in writing before work begins.

Someone is searching “chiropractor near me” tonight. Be the clinic that answers.

Book a free consultation and tell us how patients reach you today. We will show you what we would switch on first and what it costs. You will talk to the people who build it, led by our founder, Vikram Roy.
