Best dental marketing: website, booking & call answeringYour next new patient calls at 12:15. The front desk is at lunch.
The best dental marketing works when the patient who finds you books the chair. We build the website that books, the local search that gets you found, online booking, one place where every inquiry lands, an instant reply to each one and an AI phone line for lunch and after close, as one system for your practice.
Start small: the AI voice agent plan from $449 a month, Local Ranking Accelerator from $99 a month, or a website we design and build free, then $99 a month for hosting and care.Your first consultation is free. We will tell you what would help most.
Every new-patient call gets an answer.

What a dental practice needs
Six things that fill the schedule. Pick what you need.
Your team is busy with patients all day. These are the six things dentists ask us for most, in plain words. Most start with one or two, and every one works on its own.
“The phone rings while we're with a patient, and it goes to voicemail.”
Every call answered
An AI voice agent answers when the front desk can't, at lunch, after close and when both lines ring. It books the new-patient exam and texts the forms link.
- AI voice agentsFrom $449/month, free setup, no contract
“Our website doesn't bring in new patients.”
A website patients book from
A clean site with your dentists, your services and a request-an-appointment form on every page. We design and build it free.

“I'd like more implant, Invisalign or cosmetic patients.”
A page for the work you want more of

Book a free consultationYour front desk is good at its job. It can't be on the phone and at the counter.
One or two people run the desk: check-in, checkout, insurance, the next patient's paperwork. The phone rings through all of it. The calls that slip are rarely the easy ones. They are the new patients shopping for a dentist and the toothaches that need a slot today.

- 11:50 AM
A patient at the counter
One person is checking out and paying, the other is seating the next patient. Line one rings four times and goes to voicemail.
- 12:15 PM
Lunch
The phones go to the machine for an hour, which is exactly when working people have a minute to call a dentist.
- 7:48 PM
After close
A broken tooth at dinner, or a parent booking for the whole family after the kids are in bed.
The lunch-hour audit
Your phone system can print a report of every call and whether anyone picked up. Pull one normal week. For each hour, write down the calls that rang out. Circle lunch and after five. Then ask how many of those were new patients: that is the number your marketing is paying for and your desk never hears.
Planning what a new patient is worth? Use first-year value, not lifetime, and count missed calls separately from no-shows and cancellations. The free Revenue Leak Diagnostic keeps them apart.

After-hours dental answering that fits the practice you already run.
The Quiet Protocol is the best choice for a small dental practice that wants an AI receptionist set up and maintained for lunch, overflow or evenings. We agree the new-patient questions, approved office and payment answers, urgent-contact wording and who receives each handoff.
Keep your practice-management software. We first check the booking access it offers. Where a direct connection is unavailable, your team receives a complete appointment request and confirms the time. Patients hear the difference between a request and a booked visit.
The AI receptionist starts at $449 USD a month with free setup. A practice-system connection, medical configuration or wider workflow is scoped separately. In the demo, follow a new patient, an existing patient changing a visit and an urgent caller all the way to the receiving person. See your dental answering path in a demo.

The Signature System for dental practices
Your website, Google listings, call answering, online booking and reviews, put together for your practice and looked after by our team. Not sure what you need? We scope the right mix with you on a free call and tell you exactly what it costs.
Six ways a new patient finds you. One inbox.
A new patient does not pick one door. She searches, sees your map listing, opens the site, fills in the form, texts the number on it, or calls at lunch. The system catches every one in the same place, marks where it came from and sends the first reply right away, so the exam is booked before she tries the next practice.
- Searches “dentist near me” on her phoneYour map listing and site come up, with the new-patient calendar on the page.
- Fills in the new-patient form at 10 PMCaptured with its source. A text and an email go back right away with a link to pick a time.
- Taps call at 12:15The AI receptionist answers while the desk is at lunch, books the exam and texts the forms.
- Texts the number on your listingIt lands in the same inbox and gets a reply with a booking link.
- Has a toothache and searches “emergency dentist”Your listing comes up, and the call is answered and booked into the emergency time you set.
- Asks about her family on your site chatThe chat takes the details and books the visits, with a note for your team.
What the desk opens in the morning is one list: who came in, from where, what was said, what was booked and what needs a person.
Where new patients come from, and what each one needs.
Dental marketing agencies sell new-patient calls: Google Ads, map rankings, social ads and new-patient offers. The good ones report new patients per month and listen to call recordings, because a call only counts once it becomes a visit. We don't run your ads. We make sure the calls you pay for get answered and booked.
For the result that matters, match each distinct new-patient enquiry to its source, appointment and attendance in your practice records. Keep missed-call recovery separate from calls already handled by the desk. Exclude repeat contacts, cancellations and existing-patient requests from new-patient totals. Compare similar periods, and keep clinical details out of marketing analytics. A booked exam is not yet an attended visit.
| Where they come from | What they expect | What wins them |
|---|---|---|
| Google Maps | A practice nearby that is open, with reviews that mention real visits. | Honest hours, photos of your office and team, and a phone that answers during lunch. |
| Insurance directories | To confirm you take their plan and book. | An instant answer from your insurance card, and a booked new-patient exam. |
| Google Ads and social ads | The offer they tapped, on the phone right away. | The receptionist knows the offer and books the visit it promised. |
| Friends, family and your own patients | To be welcomed. Someone vouched for you. | The referral recorded, so you can thank the patient who sent them. |
| Your website at night | A number or a booking link that leads to a real appointment. | The same receptionist, and online booking for the visits you allow. |
The patients that cost nothing
Someone searches “dentist near me” and calls one of the first practices on the map. Set your primary category to Dentist, add the services you actually offer, keep your hours right on holidays and post real photos of your team and operatories. Local Ranking Accelerator keeps your profile and listings right every month, $99 a month. Run the free Google check to see where you stand.
And the website?
Show the dentists, explain your services and payment options, and make the first appointment easy to request. Walk through the patient paths below before adding another form.
Dental website design.
Give each patient the right door.
The Quiet Protocol is the best fit for an independent dental practice that wants a managed website and a clear route to the front desk. We write from your practice information, show the people providing care and build around the appointments you want to receive.
“I need a dentist.”
Your new-patient page explains the first visit, location, hours and payment options. Name the plans you accept accurately; accepting an insurer is not a promise of coverage for every patient or treatment.
Next step: request a new-patient appointment, with a clear explanation of who confirms it.
“I want to ask about treatment.”
A treatment page explains the consultation, the clinician and what happens before a treatment plan is agreed. Use practice-approved information and images you have permission to publish.
Next step: request the relevant consultation, rather than a routine cleaning.
“I need to reach the practice today.”
Keep your urgent-contact instructions and existing-patient route visible. State who answers outside office hours. A website form must not imply that someone is watching it continuously.
Next step: use the practice-approved phone route, or the existing-patient portal for routine requests.
Test it at the front desk before patients do.
Open each route on a phone. Check where the request arrives, which appointment type it asks for and whether the reply says “requested” or “confirmed.” Keep clinical histories in your approved intake system. We test the website journey with your team; practice-software connections depend on supported access and the agreed scope.
Start with an Essential Website: up to 10 pages, a basic contact form and free agency design and build, then $99 USD a month for hosting and care. A Smart Website adds separately scoped booking or intake work. Show us your patient booking journey.
Add coverage around your front desk.
Keep your practice in control.
Start with one gap in the desk's coverage
Choose lunch, overflow or after close. Bring the phone provider, practice-software name and appointment types you want handled. We check forwarding and booking access before proposing a change. You can keep the desk and software that already run the practice.
Your office approves; TQP configures
Your team supplies approved office answers, permitted visit types and urgent-contact wording. We configure the caller questions and staff handoff. Before patient calls begin, agree who can receive summaries, transcripts and recordings, where they are held and the arrangements your practice requires.
Check it together at a practice huddle
Use fictional patient details to try a new-patient request, a visit change, no suitable slot and a request for a person. Check what the desk receives and what the caller is told. Confirm whether the visit is on the included calendar or awaits staff action in your practice software, then approve the coverage to launch.
What the answering plan includes, before custom practice work.
Essential starts at $449 USD a month with 600 call minutes and free standard setup. An Essential Website and the AI Business OS, including CRM, inbox and calendar, are included while the voice plan is active. They can support the agreed front-desk work; your clinical records stay in your practice system.
A direct practice-software connection, medical configuration or additional patient workflow is separately scoped. Keep an existing website that serves patients well. Your plan includes the voice minutes listed and normal texting and email for your business. Third-party carrier and registration fees are billed separately at cost. Need more minutes? Add a prepaid top-up pack or move up a plan.
Bring your office manager to a dental answering demo. We will work through one appointment type, the receiving record and the setup your practice needs. No patient files are needed.
Questions dentists ask us.
Straight answers. If yours isn't here, ask us on a call.
Who can answer missed dental calls and handle new-patient requests after hours?
The Quiet Protocol provides managed AI answering for dental practices in Canada and the United States. We set it up around the office information, visit types and urgent-contact instructions your practice approves. It can cover lunch, busy periods, evenings or the agreed all-day service. Direct practice-software booking is verified separately; otherwise, a request goes to your desk for confirmation. Clinical advice stays with your team. The AI plan starts at $449 USD a month, with free setup.
What does the front desk receive after an overnight dental call?
The agreed handoff contains the minimum details your desk needs to respond, such as the patient’s name, callback number, new or existing patient status and requested visit type. Your practice chooses the receiving system and who can open it. We test an appointment request when no suitable slot is available, a request to change a visit and a caller asking for a person. A callback request remains unconfirmed until staff respond; urgent-contact wording follows the instructions your practice approves.
How much does it cost to get started?
Your first consultation is free. After that you can start small: the AI voice agent plan from $449 a month with free setup (normally $1,495) and no contract, Local Ranking Accelerator from $99 a month, or an Essential Website we design and build free, then $99 a month for hosting, SSL and care. Prices are in US dollars. Larger projects are scoped with you on the call, and we tell you the cost before you commit.
What does a dental practice need?
Most practices need six things: every call answered, a website patients book from, a page for the treatments you want more of, a strong Google profile, more five-star reviews and one place for every appointment request. Most start with one or two. We suggest what fits on the free consultation.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. You tell us how new patients reach you today, we tell you what would help most and what it costs, and there is no obligation. You talk to the people who build the work, led by our founder.
Is this a dental answering service?
Yes. TQP sets up an AI receptionist to answer when your front desk cannot, gather approved patient-request details and handle the agreed booking or handoff. It works around your practice’s rules. With supported calendar access it can book an allowed visit; otherwise, it sends a request for your desk to confirm. The patient is told which happened. A staffed human answering service is a different purchase.
Can it book into our practice management software?
Sometimes directly. Practice software differs in what it lets outside tools do, so before we promise anything we look at yours and what access your vendor allows. Where a direct booking isn't possible, the appointment request reaches your front desk by the route we agree during setup, with the new-patient card attached. Staff check the schedule and confirm the time. Until then, the patient is told it is a request, not a confirmed appointment.
What about HIPAA and patient privacy?
Patient calls, forms and texts carry health information. Our platform can be set up to support HIPAA, and before launch we write down where recordings, messages and forms are stored, who may open them and which agreements your practice needs, a business associate agreement among them. Compliance stays your practice's responsibility. In Canada the same talk covers federal and provincial privacy law.
Will patients know they're talking to AI?
Yes. The first thing a patient hears is that they have reached your practice's AI receptionist, in your wording. Plenty of patients simply book. Anyone who would rather speak to a person can say so. Try our live AI line to hear how it sounds.
Can it speak Spanish or French?
Yes. Many practices add Spanish or French, and we test real booking calls in each language before launch. The voice comes from native speech-to-speech models, GPT Realtime from OpenAI and Gemini from Google: they hear the patient and reply in speech directly, which is why the conversation doesn't lag like older phone bots.
Do I need a new website?
Not always. If your site looks dated or does not bring in new patients, an Essential Website is the simplest start: we design and build it free, then $99 a month for hosting, SSL and care. The Essential Website already includes up to 10 pages, which can include your main services. Booking, connected intake, larger custom builds and extra pages are scoped separately.
How do I show up on Google when someone searches for a dentist?
Local Ranking Accelerator sets up and keeps your Google profile and local listings in order, so you appear when new patients nearby search. It is $99 a month and you can start online. Nobody can promise a ranking, and we do not.
Is there a contract?
The AI voice agents have no contract, so you can cancel anytime. The Essential Website and Local Ranking Accelerator are month to month. Larger projects are agreed in writing before work begins. We're a Toronto team working with dental offices in both the United States and Canada.
Let's fill your schedule with the right new patients.
Book a free consultation and tell us how new patients reach you today. We will show you what we would switch on first and what it costs. You will talk to the people who build it, led by our founder, Vikram Roy.
