Best estate planning law firm marketing & elder law client intakeThe one calling is the daughter. The client is her mother.
The best estate planning law firm marketing only pays off when someone answers the family. Most callers are an adult daughter or son ringing about a parent, at lunch or after dark. Our AI intake line answers, works out who the client is and who else belongs at the table, and books the consultation.
Start small: an AI voice agent from $449 a month, Local Ranking Accelerator from $99 a month, or a website we design and build free, then $99 a month for hosting and care.Your first consultation is free. We will tell you what would help most.

What an elder law firm needs
Six things that bring in the right families. Pick what you need.
Your attorneys are in meetings most of the day, and the family call comes from a parking lot. These are the six things elder law firms ask us for most, in plain words. Most start with one or two, and every one works on its own.
“Calls come in at night and on weekends, and nobody answers.”

Book a free consultationNobody wakes up wanting an elder law attorney. Something happens first.
A mother falls. A father gets a diagnosis. A discharge planner says the word Friday. A husband dies and the letters start to arrive.
By the time a family calls you, they have carried it for weeks. The papers are in a folder on the kitchen table. Someone has looked up your name on a phone. The caller has about ten minutes, in a lunch break, a parking lot or the hour after the kids are down.
If your line answers, that is the start of a matter. If it rings out, she is not going to leave the whole story about her mother on a machine. She tries the next name.
Your line answers those calls at any hour, from $449 a month with free setup (normally $1,495).

59 million Americans care for an adult
In the United States, 63 million people give ongoing care, nearly one adult in four, and 59 million of them care for someone over 18. AARP and the National Alliance for Caregiving, 2025. In Canada it is 23% of people aged 15 and older. Statistics Canada, 2022. Any one of them can be your next caller.

A pink slip says call her back. A family sheet says who, what, when and with whom.
The family needs a patient first conversation and your attorney needs a usable record. TQP sets up the questions, the booking rules and the handoff together, so the next person does not have to ask the daughter to start from the beginning.

The daughter called. That does not make her the client.
Keep three things separate on the family sheet: who is asking, who may need advice and who may receive a reply. A relative's name belongs in the record; adding that person to a meeting or sending documents is a decision your firm makes.
- Before the invitation: your team confirms the prospective client, the attendees, the meeting format and any contact restrictions.
- Before the preparation message: use the firm's approved list and destination. The initial call is not the place to collect a full financial or medical history.
- When the family needs someone sooner: record the caller's stated date, follow your escalation rule and name who must call back. A hospital discharge date is not a legal deadline calculated by the phone.
Your nominated admin receives the emailed call summary and transcript, with a text summary for follow-up; call recording is included. Your firm approves the recipients, access and recording wording before launch.
Bring one family-call scenario to your consultation. Use fictional details. We will show the family sheet, the staff-review request and the invitation your firm permits, including a request that cannot yet be booked. Capacity, conflicts, representation and advice stay with your lawyer.
Who should answer the next family call?
A legal answering service may already collect intake and book consultations. The buying decision is who configures your family questions, what reaches the attorney and who handles the calls that need a person. The Quiet Protocol is the best fit when you want the AI intake built and looked after for your firm, with the staff decisions kept clear.
| Question | Front desk | Live legal answering service | Your AI intake line |
|---|---|---|---|
| When families call | Your staff during the hours you cover, with overflow arranged separately. | Ask which hours are staffed and what happens when several calls arrive together. | AI answers the calls you forward: overflow, evenings or all day. Your team remains the human handoff. |
| Caller, proposed client and relatives | Your team follows the firm's intake and contact rules. | Check that the intake keeps these people separate and records who may receive a reply. | We configure the family questions and contact preferences. Your firm decides representation and who may attend. |
| A consultation on the calendar | Staff applies your fit, conflict-review and appointment process. | Ask whether scheduling is included and what must be cleared before an invitation is sent. | An allowed slot in the included calendar, a booking link or a request for staff review. Direct booking in your matter software is separately checked and scoped. |
| The record your attorney gets | The intake record your staff creates in the firm's system. | Inspect the completed intake and delivery method from a test call. | The agreed family details, text summary, emailed summary and transcript, and recording. Recipients and access are approved before launch. |
| A family asks to speak to a person | Your employee answers or finds the appropriate colleague. | A live receptionist handles the agreed intake; legal questions still go to your lawyer. | The agreed transfer or callback route to your firm. The AI plan does not include TQP human reception staff or legal advice. |
| A comparable quote | Include coverage hours, training and the time spent returning missed calls. | Ask for included usage, intake and scheduling scope, extra charges and cancellation terms. | From $449 USD a month, free setup and no contract. Check the included minutes and usage terms on the plan; custom connections are separate. |
Bring the process, not a client's file. Use a fictional family enquiry and your blank intake form. Ask each provider to show an allowed booking, a matter awaiting review and a caller asking for an attorney. Compare the receiving records with us. If a call needs a live conversation throughout, keep a staffed route for it. See the AI plans and included usage.

Five doors families use to reach you. The same phone answers all five.
We do not run your mailers or your workshops, and we do not pretend to. We make sure that when those bring a family to the phone, somebody picks up. The Google side is our Local Ranking Accelerator service, from $99 a month.
Workshops and webinars
A registration call, or a seat that goes empty.
Takes the RSVP with the topic she cares about, texts the confirmation to the people who agreed to it, and offers a private meeting afterwards.
Postcards and mailers
The week they land is the week the phones spike.
Many calls at once, each one asked the same questions in the same order, none of them sent to a full voicemail box.
CPAs, advisors, care managers and hospital social workers
A warm introduction from someone the family trusts.
The referrer goes at the top of the sheet. After the family agrees, a thank-you goes back.
“Elder law attorney near me” and AI answers
A phone tap from a family who has narrowed it to two firms.
Your profile shows the right hours and the tap reaches a voice. That is what turns a search into a consultation.
The families of past clients
“You did my mother's plan. Now my father needs one.”
Records the previous attorney and follows the firm's approved returning-family booking or staff-review path.
After the workshop, who actually wants a private consultation?
A daughter reserves two seats at your estate-planning evening. Her father wants to listen. She wants to ask about a care decision. An RSVP tells you they may attend; it does not tell you either person is ready to become a client.
The Quiet Protocol can build the registration-to-consultation path around your firm's event and intake rules. We agree the work before quoting it, including any connection to an existing event platform.
- Register for the right event. Record the event, contact, seats requested and confirmation status. Agree who manages capacity and cancellations. Keep family documents and private legal questions off the public registration form.
- Record attendance before following up. Staff supplies the attendance or cancellation status unless an agreed connection does it. Set separate approved messages for attendees and people who could not come, using the contact permissions you collected. An RSVP alone does not prove attendance.
- Invite a separate consultation request. Ask who needs advice, who is arranging the meeting and the broad reason for calling. Your firm reviews fit and conflicts, then follows the approved booking path. A family can attend a workshop without entering a client engagement.
Keep the event source on the enquiry. Count registrations, attendees, consultation requests, held consultations and accepted engagements separately. That tells you whether the event brings the right conversations, rather than just a full room.
Bring one workshop invitation and your consultation process. We will map the forms, messages, booking steps and staff decisions, then test a registration, cancellation and private request with you. Your existing matter system stays in place; any direct connection is agreed separately.
The website a worried daughter reads at 11 PM. Keep what helps her.
A family reads your site on a phone, tired, with a parent's papers open next to it. The Essential Website includes free agency design and build, with $99 a month for hosting, SSL and care. The Smart Website, from $2,395 setup + $197/month, connects each page to the phone and the calendar.
Estate planning website design. Make the first conversation easier.
The Quiet Protocol designs and maintains websites for estate planning and elder law firms. A will review, an upcoming care decision and a family calling after a death need different explanations and next steps. We turn your firm’s services into clear pages, with the consultation process and any approved fee information easy to find.
For a connected consultation request, distinguish the person calling from the person who may need advice. Gather enough information for staff to route the enquiry, confirm who should attend and send an approved preparation list. Your lawyer decides capacity, conflicts, representation and advice.
A solo firm can start with the website. Add a supported booking route or request handoff around your existing practice system when useful. Talk through the website and the first appointment.
Three reasons to call. Three useful starting pages.
Your website should help a family recognise the conversation they need. We shape each service page from your firm’s approved process, rather than sending everyone to the same long questionnaire.
- Planning ahead
- Explain the first estate-planning meeting, who it is for, any consultation fee and what happens after it. Give the visitor a small first step before asking for a full account of their finances.
- A care decision is approaching
- Explain the elder-law matters your firm handles and how to request a conversation. Let someone state a time-sensitive concern without promising that an appointment or legal action is available immediately.
- A family member has died
- If your firm handles estate administration, give it a distinct page and contact route. Explain who reviews the enquiry and how the family receives the next instructions.
The preparation note comes after staff review. Your firm chooses the recipient, who should attend, the meeting format and the documents to bring through its approved process. We build the website and agreed request handoff around those decisions. Bring your first-meeting process to our consultation.
Keep
- Your number at the top, with “answered day and night” beside it
- A page for each situation: a parent's fall, a diagnosis, planning for a couple, after a death
- What the first meeting costs, how long it takes and who should come
- Your real attorneys and your real front door, with a note about parking
- Big, readable type and a call button that works with a thumb
- The words families use: nursing home, power of attorney, will, Medicaid
Cut
- Gavels, scales and columns
- Silver-haired couples walking on a beach
- A “tell us everything” box that nobody answers at night
- Legal terms before the phone number
- Pop-ups that ask for an email before she has read a word
- Promises about how a matter will turn out
How it works.
Choose the first job
Bring your first-meeting process to a free consultation. We recommend the website, answering or connected intake work that addresses the gap, with a written scope and price. Your existing matter system can stay.
We build around your firm
Your firm approves the questions, contact permissions and consultation rules. For the agreed build, we configure the pages, intake route, booking or staff-review step and receiving record. Any connection to your matter software is checked and quoted separately.
Rehearse, approve, then launch
Try an adult child calling for a parent, a relative asking to join and a request with no available appointment. Check the family sheet, message recipient and staff action. Your team approves the setup and knows who handles unbooked enquiries.
Questions elder law firms ask us.
Straight answers. If yours isn't here, ask us on a call.
Who builds websites and consultation-booking systems for estate planning lawyers?
The Quiet Protocol builds and maintains estate planning and elder law websites for solo lawyers and small firms. The site explains your services, the first meeting and how to request it. A connected process can distinguish the caller from the prospective client, gather approved initial details and send preparation instructions after staff review. Keep your practice-management system. We scope the booking link, request handoff or available integration around how your firm accepts new work.
What should we prepare for an estate planning website project?
Bring your attorney profiles, the jurisdictions and services you cover, approved photos, and the instructions you give people before a first meeting. We turn that into clear pages for the work you actually accept, such as estate planning, probate or elder law. Your firm reviews the legal wording. If consultation intake is included, we test a person enquiring for themselves separately from an adult child calling for a parent, including who may be contacted and who confirms the meeting.
How much does it cost to get started?
Your first consultation is free. After that you can start small: an AI voice agent from $449 a month with free setup (normally $1,495) and no contract, Local Ranking Accelerator from $99 a month, or an Essential Website we design and build free, then $99 a month for hosting and care. Larger projects are scoped with you on the call, and we tell you the cost before you commit. Prices are in US dollars.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. You tell us how families reach you today, we tell you what would help most and what it costs, and there is no obligation. You talk to the people who build the work, led by our founder.
What does an elder law firm need?
Most elder law and estate planning firms need six things: every call answered with care, a website a worried daughter trusts, a page for the services you want more of, a strong Google profile, more five-star reviews where your bar allows and one place for every inquiry. Most start with one or two. We suggest what fits on the free consultation.
Is this an answering service for elder law attorneys?
It does what an answering service does: your phone answered day and night. We configure it for your firm: approved family questions, a summary and transcript, and the permitted booking or staff-review path. Your team decides who may receive an invitation. A recorded request is not automatically a confirmed consultation.
Will it tell a caller whether her mother qualifies for Medicaid, or what to do with a parent's house?
Never. It does not give legal advice. It records the question and follows your approved consultation or callback path. Your firm decides whether it can help and who should attend.
What happens if a caller says a parent is in danger?
It tells the caller to call 911 and passes a note to your team. It never decides what is or is not serious.
Will callers know they are talking to AI?
Yes. The greeting says so in wording your attorneys approve. A caller can ask for a person at any time.
Does it work with the professional rules where we practise?
We set it up around the rules on prospective clients, confidentiality, supervision and advertising, and your state's rules or your provincial law society's code have the last word.
Do I need a new website?
Not if your existing site explains your work and makes the first contact easy. For a replacement, the Essential Website includes free design and build for up to 10 pages. Estate planning, probate and elder law can each have a page within that scope. $99 USD a month covers hosting, SSL and care, including one routine update batch per quarter for up to 2 existing pages, approximately 30 minutes of work. Your firm approves supplied wording and profile changes; unused batches do not roll over. Consultation booking, connected intake and additional pages are quoted separately.
Is there a contract?
The AI voice agents have no contract, so you can cancel anytime. The Essential Website and Local Ranking Accelerator are month to month. Larger projects are agreed in writing before work begins.
The next family will call from a parking lot. Let's make sure somebody answers.
Book a free consultation and tell us how families reach you today. We will show you what we would switch on first and what it costs. You will talk to the people who build it, led by our founder, Vikram Roy.
